The only problem we had with that one was that it drys out pretty quickly after being cooked. But I found a way around that. We have one of those pasta pots that has the insert to lift the pasta out and strain it at the same time, but leaves the water. If we went back to get more, I'd just put the pasta strainer back in the hot water. It just took a few seconds for it to soften back up.
